All purpose import/export tool

This is a all purpose import/export/sync tool.

The tool handles text files, Notes databases and Excel files. Code is structured so it is easy to expand with other formats (e.g. ODBC or Symfoni files)

In the database, you can create profiles to make scheduled data transfer; import text files, export data to excel and send it in a monthly mail, syncronize data between 2 notes databases etc.

Or you can copy a subset of the design elements (those prefixed with export5.) to you own database, thus allowing the user to export data from any view. Try the Action, Export agent to open the dialogbox shown below:




From this dialog the user can export the current view to excel - either selected or all documents. Or use an export profile (made by an super user) and use this to export any data to excel or a text file. Excel export can be based on a template with ready made charts.
